The role involves providing direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities according to service plans, which includes assisting with daily living activities, health maintenance, and skill development for 4 to 10 individuals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), and have six months of human services experience (preferred). A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and successful completion of all state-required training and background checks are mandatory.
