The Group Facilitator will lead engaging and productive sessions, guiding participants through discussions, workshops, and activities while creating a positive and inclusive environment. A main focus involves supporting the court-mandated groups program, completing Domestic Violence (DV) assessments, and assisting with DV program coordination across two locations.
Candidates must meet specific education and experience criteria, such as a Bachelor's degree plus six months of behavioral health group facilitation experience, or equivalent combinations involving Associate degrees or High School diplomas with relevant work experience and certifications. Additional requirements include being 21 years old, possessing a valid AZ driver's license with a clean record, and passing a pre-employment drug screen for this safety-sensitive position.
Bachelors or master’s degree, plus at least six (6) months of experience facilitating behavioral health related groups. Associate degree plus two (2) years behavioral health work experience, including at least six (6) months of experience facilitating behavioral health related groups. High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification from an AHCCCS approved training program plus three (3) years of behavioral health work experience, including at least six (6) months of experience facilitating behavioral health related groups. High School Diploma or GED plus four (4) years of behavioral health work experience, including at least six (6) months of experience facilitating behavioral health related groups. Additional Requirements: Must be 21 years of age (automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a “clean” or “acceptable” driving record. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
