Conduct community outreach to providers and stakeholders to increase referrals for children and adolescents eligible for SOR Grant services. Perform screenings, assessments, and intakes while serving as the primary point of contact for members and families.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or an Associate's/High School diploma with corresponding behavioral health experience. Must possess a valid AZ driver's license and be able to obtain a Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Bachelors or Master's Degree, no experience necessary. Associate's degree plus two (2) years Behavioral Health work experience. High School Diploma or GED plus four (4) years of full-time Behavioral Health work experience. An unacceptable driving record includes (but is not limited to) the following: more than two [2] moving violations in the last three [3] years or; more than one [1] at-fault accident within the last three [3] years or; any major violation (i.e. DUI, Careless/Reckless Driving, Drag Racing, Hit and Run) within the last three [3] years. Other driving related violations may be considered unacceptable. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
