This clinical position involves administering and interpreting psychological tests, providing therapy and counseling to consumers, handling crisis intervention, coordinating cases, and developing/monitoring behavior management treatment plans. A substantial portion of the work requires traveling to community settings, including consumer homes and other service locations.
Candidates must possess an MA/MS in Psychology or a PhD/PsyD in Psychology, along with a Licensed Psychologist (LP) license. Required experience includes administering/interpreting psychological testing, developing behavior management plans, and one year of clinical experience working with the Developmentally Disabled population.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures and applicable rules and regulations of grantors. Models the Pillars and guiding principles of NSO at all times.

Education: MA/MS in Psychology or Phd/PsyD Psychology
Required Licensure: LP
Experience in administering and interpreting psychological testing, experience with developing and maintaining behavior management plans.
Valid Michigan driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
+ 1 Year Clinical Experience with the Developmentally Disabled population.
