The psychologist will administer and interpret psychological tests, provide therapy and crisis intervention, and develop behavior management treatment plans. They will also perform case coordination and document clinical activities in accordance with agency policies.
Candidates must hold an MA/MS in Psychology or a PhD/PsyD and possess an LP license. At least one year of clinical experience working with the developmentally disabled population is required.
This is a clinical position which includes the administration and interpretation of psychological tests, provision of therapy/counseling to consumers, crisis intervention, case coordination and the development and monitoring of behavior management treatment plans. A significant amount of the work is performed in the community, including consumer's homes and other sites where consumers receive services. Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures and applicable rules and regulations of grantors. Models the Pillars and guiding principles of NSO at all times.

Education: MA/MS in Psychology or Phd/PsyD Psychology
Required Licensure: LP
Experience in administering and interpreting psychological testing, experience with developing and maintaining behavior management plans.
Valid Michigan driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
+ 1 Year Clinical Experience with the Developmentally Disabled population.
