The Registered Nurse implements the philosophy, objectives, standards of care, policies, and procedures of the Nursing Division under the direction of leadership. This role involves providing direct patient care, specifically related to the administration of drugs and biologicals, and training new clinical employees in office protocols.
Candidates must be graduates from an NCBON approved School of Nursing or an approved School of Nursing, holding a current RN license recognized by the NC State Board of Nursing. Maintenance of current AHA BLS certification and knowledge of current nursing trends are also required.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for implementing the philosophy, objectives, standards of care, policies, and procedures of the Nursing Division under the direction of the location's Lead RN and/or Office Manager. The RN is responsible for providing direct patient care specifically related to the administration of drugs and biologicals. This position also trains new clinical employees in office protocols.
