The Clinical Pharmacist ensures safe and effective medication therapy to optimize patient outcomes while collaborating with healthcare teams. They are responsible for managing the medication-use system and delivering individualized pharmaceutical care within assigned areas.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and a valid Florida or Compact State Pharmacist license. A minimum of one year of hospital pharmacy experience and completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent are required.

Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Pharmacist License/Registration - Issued by Florida or Compact State Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience required. Minimum of one year of prior hospital pharmacy experience required.
