About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing setting. In this role, you will support both post-acute and long-term care patients by delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based therapeutic assessments and interventions for patients in a skilled nursing environment Deliver care to both post-acute and long-term care populations Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and restorative nursing staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards Schedule Flexible scheduling available Department hours: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days per week Why Join Our Team?
