About the Position

Provide evidence-based evaluations and treatment for both post-acute and long-term care patients Work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting delivering high-quality, patient-centered care Collaborate daily with a dynamic and supportive clinical team Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with therapy standards Schedule Flexible scheduling available Therapy department hours: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days/week Why Join Us?
