Provide evidence-based therapeutic assessments and interventions in a Skilled Nursing Setting to both post-acute and long-term care patients. Collaborate and work in a team setting with other clinicians and restorative nursing staff.
A valid NC license in Occupational Therapy is required. The position is suitable for those with limited experience, as it does not specify a minimum number of years.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will: Provide evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventions Treat both post-acute and long-term care patients in a skilled nursing setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Support patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life Schedule ? Flexible scheduling available Department operates 7 days/week Hours: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
What We’re Looking For Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina (or eligibility) Passion for patient-centered care Strong teamwork and communication skills Experience in skilled nursing (preferred, but not required)
