Salary
$25 - $38 / HOUR
Provide physical therapy services to clients in their homes under the direction of a physical therapist. Cover the western part of St. Croix County, including various Wisconsin towns and cities.
Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with a valid MN or WI PTA license. Requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
Provide physical therapy services to clients in their home, under the direction of a physical therapist.
This position will be covering our Wisconsin side, which is the western part of St. Croix County- northern part of River Falls, Hudson, Hammond, Baldwin, New Richmond, Somerset, Deer Park, Houlton, etc.; paid time to drive and paid mileage.
• Proof of application for alternate state within 4 weeks of start, if both MN and WI Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licenses are not present on start date
