The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed functional outcomes and establishing timely treatment plans tailored to specific needs. Responsibilities also include demonstrating positive connections with patients, families, and colleagues, and building relationships with hospital staff like physicians and case management.
Candidates must be a graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program and possess current or pending state licensure along with Basic Life Support certification. The role involves working with a diverse patient population across neuro, trauma, and orthopedic areas.

This role is an orthopedic PT position focused on completing initial evaluations for post-operative day 0 patients following knee, hip, and spinal surgeries.
Competitive compensation with ability to earn additional weekend and holiday rates Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement Structured mentoring and quarterly in-person or online continuous education courses through MedBridge memberships Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, and ortho Paid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws) Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees Your Responsibilities as an Inpatient Rehabilitation/Acute Care Physical Therapist Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)
