The technician will perform routine and specialized testing and quality control procedures with minimal supervision. This role requires understanding the theory behind most tests and the ability to troubleshoot common technical problems.
Candidates must be a certified Medical Laboratory Technician capable of independent work in testing and quality control. A minimum requirement is an Associate Degree and holding or being eligible for the MLT (ASCP) certification.
