The Certified Home Health Aide will provide one-on-one personal care, assisting the client with daily living activities, mobility, safety, and comfort during their morning and early afternoon routine. Responsibilities also include following the individualized care plan and communicating any observed changes in condition to the clinical and office teams.
Applicants must possess an active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification and be available to work the full shift from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM consistently. Candidates should also demonstrate dependability, punctuality, and a compassionate, patient-focused approach, with experience in personal care and transfers preferred.
Base Pay: $20+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
