The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct or indirect nursing care to patients presenting with urgent, emergency, or potential health problems. This role also involves participating in the organization and management of the physician's practice.
Candidates must have a graduation certificate from an accredited LPN program and current state licensure, with BLS/CPR certification being preferred. Essential qualifications include prioritizing patient comfort, maintaining strict confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
