The Physical Therapist will provide holistic support to residents, addressing their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. They will implement personal care plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
Candidates must possess a valid state Physical Therapy license and meet current Medicare and state requirements. Experience with documentation for reimbursement and therapeutic care for older adults is preferred.

What we require: Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements. Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license. Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements. Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
