The Pre-Screening Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing site screening schedules, managing pre-screening operations, and overseeing patient eligibility assessments. Essential duties include reviewing protocols, conducting pre-screen visits, explaining study procedures to potential participants, and maintaining detailed records of candidates.
Candidates must possess an Associate’s degree in healthcare or a related field (preferred) and hold a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) license and Certified Medical Assistant certification (required). Preferred qualifications include 2 years of experience running research protocols and familiarity with FDA regulations and GCP, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.
