Coordinates and performs patient care during Cardiac Cath/EP Lab procedures, including monitoring and documenting patient events. Assists in patient recovery and ensures proper utilization of digital x-ray equipment.
No minimum education or experience is required, but candidates must obtain specific certifications within a designated timeframe. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory, along with RCIS or RTR registration.

Electrophysiology (EP) experience preferred

Coordinates and performs aspects of patient care before, during, and after Cardiac Cath/EP Lab related procedures. Circulates, scrubs using aseptic or sterile technique, monitors and documents hemodynamics and patient events during procedure. Assist in recovering patients as assigned to provide quality patient care for patients undergoing procedures in the Cardiac Cath/EP Lab. Utilization and management of digital x-ray equipment and archiving system.
