The LPN provides direct patient care and supports prescribers in behavioral health clinics. They assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care while promoting a culture of inclusion.
Candidates must have an active LPN licensure and a minimum of an Associate's degree. Experience in psychiatric nursing and working with substance use and mental illness clients is preferred.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position provides direct patient care, community outreach and support for prescribers in behavioral health clinics. They participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, based on the objectives, standards, and policies of practical nursing. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a positive team player that promotes a culture of inclusion and participation.
