The Registered Nurse conducts psychosocial and physical health assessments while collaborating with a treatment team to develop and implement individual care plans. They also manage medication administration and facilitate client access to medical resources and appointments.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing and possess a current license from the Kentucky Board of Nursing. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance are also required.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, assessing physical health needs, making appropriate referrals to community physicians; providing management and administration of medication in conjunction with the psychiatrist; providing a range of treatment, and support services. The Registered Nurse is a positive team player that promotes a culture of inclusion and participation.
