The Resource Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care according to unit policies, accepting responsibility for directing co-workers in implementing care plans across multiple units. Responsibilities include completing nursing assessments, developing and revising plans of care including discharge plans, implementing orders, evaluating patient response, and overseeing assigned staff (LPN, CNA, PSA).
Candidates must possess a Wyoming Registered Nurse License or enhanced Nurse Licensure (eNLC) and have one or more years of nursing experience. Required certifications include AHA RQI within 14 days of start, and AHA ACLS, CPI certification/training, and NIHSS certification/training, all due within six months of start.
