The Advanced Practice Provider will primarily focus on cognitive-behavioral neurology and dementia within an established Neuroscience Institute team. This role involves a five-day workweek with no weekend clinic and no inpatient call or inpatient work.
Candidates must be able to obtain a Washington State medical professional license and DEA with full prescriptive authority, along with BLS Certification. Two years of experience is strongly preferred, with a background in Geriatrics and/or Neurology being preferable.
Advanced Practice Provider – Neurology APP (ARNP/PA-C) – Full-Time, 1.0 FTE
Valley Medical Center is actively recruiting a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Neurology Advanced Practice Provider to join our established team of collaborative and collegial providers.
Our Neuroscience Institute: We currently have Neurologists spanning multiple sub-specialties (including Epilepsy, Headache, Neuro-immunology, Neuromuscular, Sleep, and Stroke), 1 Neuro-interventionalist, 4 Neuro-Hospitalists, and 2 inpatient Neuro APPs Primary focus in areas of cognitive-behavioral neurology/dementia Five-day workweek, no weekend clinic Full support staff – RNs and MAs within our care team No Inpatient call. No inpatient work
Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority BLS Certification
Preferred Qualifications: Two (2) years of experience strongly preferred Background in Geriatrics and/or Neurology preferable
