The Occupational Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations, interpret findings, and design personalized treatment plans to help patients regain independence in daily living, mobility, self-care, and safety. Duties involve implementing evidence-based interventions, tracking progress, documenting outcomes, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams across various settings.
Candidates must be Occupational Therapists capable of applying evidence-based assessments and inventive therapy plans to empower adults and children to regain function. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, designing personalized treatment plans, implementing interventions, and collaborating seamlessly with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.

In this Occupational Therapist role, you’ll conduct comprehensive evaluations, interpret findings, and design personalized treatment plans that enable patients to recover independence in activities of daily living, mobility, self-care, and safety. You’ll implement evidence-based interventions, track progress, adjust goals as needed, and document outcomes for seamless coordination with physicians, nurses, and therapists. Your duties may span inpatient units, outpatient clinics, schools, and community-based programs, offering opportunities to broaden your expertise in pediatrics, neurorehabilitation, geriatric rehab, or hand therapy. You’ll also have the chance to leverage assistive technology and adaptive equipment, conduct home safety assessments, and support clients in their transition to home or community living.
24/7 assistance while you travel with the company, a dedicated clinical liaison, and reliable on-call coverage to address peaks in caseload or urgent care needs. In addition to a competitive weekly pay in the range of $1,412 to $1,452, travel professionals may qualify for a sign-on bonus and housing assistance to ease relocation or temporary housing.
