The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing therapeutic services to individuals facing mental health, emotional, and behavioral challenges, which includes conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. This role involves delivering individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support client recovery and stability.
require a Master's degree in a related behavioral health field such as social work, counseling, or psychology, along with active state licensure or eligibility for licensure. Preferred qualifications include experience in a mental health, behavioral health, or crisis stabilization setting, particularly experience providing trauma-informed care.
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the treatment team. Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, state, and federal guidelines. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Active state licensure or license eligibility (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, APC, LPC, LMFT, etc.). Knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
Experience working in mental health, behavioral health, or crisis stabilization setting. Experience providing trauma-informed care.
