• Program Overview: The Crisis Service and Diagnostic Center offer individualized, brief stabilization services (up to 90 days) for up to sixteen (16) adults aged 18 and older with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) and/or co-occurring IDD and behavioral health (BH) diagnoses.
• Participants are facing psychiatric crises and/or significant emotional or behavioral changes that impact their essential daily functioning and threaten their ability to remain in their home environment.
• Position Overview: The Clinical Therapist provides therapeutic services to individuals experiencing mental health, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• This position is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the treatment team. Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, state, and federal guidelines. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
