The Registered Nurse will observe, assess, document, and report resident conditions during rounds, implementing individualized Plans of Care as directed. Responsibilities also include overseeing CNAs, managing resident discharges, completing necessary assessments before physician calls, and communicating status updates to resident contacts.
Candidates must possess a current State Registered Nurse License, a valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and auto liability insurance, and preferably two years of RN experience in a healthcare or clinical setting. The role requires excellent customer care skills and timely submission of all required documentation.

Current State Registered Nurse License Current Driver's License, reliable transportation, and provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insurance Two years of experience as an RN preferred in a healthcare/clinical setting
