The role involves providing direct medical care to oncology/hematology patients in inpatient and/or outpatient settings, including performing exams, managing emergent visits, and determining treatment plans. Providers will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients on their diagnosis and treatment options, and maintain accurate documentation.
Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a Master's Degree in Nursing or a Physician Assistant (PA) with NCCPA Certification and a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, both requiring current state licensure and CPR certification. Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered oncology care are essential.
