Counselors are responsible for facilitating process group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy, while also assisting with daily schedule functions including assessments and utilization review. Key duties involve completing client intake assessments, maintaining a caseload, and performing clerical tasks for client files.
Option 1 requires a Master’s Degree in a relevant field and being licensed or working toward licensure (LMFT, LSW, LPC, or CAADC). Option 2 requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, certification or working toward certification as a CADC, plus one year of counseling experience.

Residents at our facility live on-site in a structured environment and receive education, therapy, and medical care to support their recovery journey. Counselors play a crucial role by facilitating process group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy.
