The Occupational Therapist evaluates patient rehabilitation needs, develops and implements a plan of care, and performs necessary therapy services in accordance with physician orders and standards of practice. Responsibilities also include instructing patients and families, securing necessary equipment, and providing clinical direction to support staff.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold a current, unrestricted OT license for the state of work, along with a minimum of one year of clinical care experience. Applicants must also have a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, insurance, and be willing to travel up to 50% within the coverage area.

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current, unrestricted OT license valid for the state of work Minimum one (1) year of experience in a clinical care setting Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area. Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws. Must be able and willing to travel 50% Able to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
