£30,000 - £40,000 / YEAR
The social worker will carry a caseload consisting of Children in Care (CiC), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Need (CiN) cases. They will prepare assessments, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings and case conferences.
Candidates must have current SWE registration, a valid right to work in the UK, and have completed their ASYE. A UK driving licence and a passion for achieving the best outcomes for children and families are also required.
Liquid Personnel are currently working exclusively alongside Rutland council to recruit for social workers to join their Child protection and permanency team. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker who is looking for a new challenge within a very stable local authority.
Rutland is a small local authority that offer a very supportive management structure, small manageable caseloads and a great work life balance to go alongside their GOOD Ofsted rating.
