You will manage a caseload of children and young people under the care of the local authority, developing and reviewing care plans in line with statutory requirements. You will ensure their safety and well-being by addressing safeguarding concerns and advocating for their voice in all decisions.
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, a full UK driving licence, and a degree in Social Work or equivalent. Post-qualified experience in children in care, safeguarding, or statutory children’s services is also required.
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a compassionate and experienced Social Worker to join the Children in Care (CIC) Team. In this rewarding role, you’ll support looked-after children and young people, helping to ensure they receive the care, stability, and opportunities they deserve.
