The LPN provides direct patient care in a medical office under provider direction, including preparing patients for exams, administering treatments like injections and dressing wounds. The role also involves triaging incoming calls requiring nursing assessment and maintaining patient records.
Candidates must possess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the State of Indiana and work 36 hours per week during the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
