Key duties involve conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing strengths-based treatment plans, and utilizing modalities like Motivational Interviewing and IDDT to facilitate client progress.
require QMHA-1 or QMHA-2 registration, along with CADC-1, 2, or 3 certification, and either a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or three years of specialized work experience. Candidates must also pass various screenings, maintain CPR certification, and possess the physical ability to perform field-based work, including climbing stairs and potentially driving for agency use.

$29.00 - $38.48/hour *This range is influenced by professional experience, licensure, certifications, and internal equity in Represented Step system.
