Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license held for at least three years with a clean driving record, and required Pennsylvania clearances. The ideal applicant is reliable, responsible, able to work independently, and comfortable with overnight hours, though no prior experience is necessary as comprehensive paid training is provided.
