The primary responsibility is owning and managing the care professional (caregiver) schedule, ensuring it runs efficiently and handling last-minute changes to maintain calm operations. This involves professional communication with caregivers, clients, and the internal team, utilizing technology to keep all scheduling organized.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, hungry to learn, and excels at solving problems without waiting for instructions. Required competencies include strong communication skills, relationship-building aptitude, comfort with technology, experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, and prior experience in home care or healthcare scheduling.
