Candidates must be a Registered Nurse, a graduate of an accredited nursing school with an Associate degree, and possess a minimum of two years of recent acute care experience. Required qualifications also include holding an active RN registration with the New Hampshire Board of Nursing, CPR Certification, and satisfactory criminal and motor vehicle records.
Are you an RN who has family obligations during the day, wanting to get back to patient care, who is able to take patients calls, assess their clinical needs and if needed able to go out to their home during the hours from 5:00pm to 8:00am? We are looking for a full time Triage RN to work Thursday - Sunday nights, including weekend and holiday rotation.
00pm to 8:00am. While the majority of calls can be handled over the phone there are times when the patient will need to see you! Our 3 month orientation / training is based on one's ability to manage the acute care needs of our patients. Initial training will be weekdays.
Let's have the conversation of how rewarding homecare can be and how you may be able to make a meaningful difference in our patient’s plan of care!
