The technologist performs diagnostic procedures using imaging equipment while ensuring quality care is provided to patients across all age groups. This role requires self-motivation to continuously increase knowledge regarding the field, diseases, and evolving new procedures.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma/GED and an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Sciences or graduation from an AMA-approved school. Required qualifications include specific training in Computerized Tomography (GE VCT), two to five years of CT experience, ARRT registration with CT advanced certification, Texas state licensure (MRT), and current CPR/AHA BLS certification.
Performs diagnostic procedures utilizing imaging equipment while providing quality care to patients of all ages. Requires self-motivation to increase the level of understanding and knowledge of the field, disease and new procedures as they evolve.
Shift: Weekend
