The provider will deliver direct patient care, examining, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic medical conditions for children and families using evidence-based guidelines. This role also involves care coordination, patient education, and maintaining accurate electronic health records within a team-based model.
Candidates must be able to provide full-scope pediatric primary care, utilizing evidence-based guidelines and effectively leveraging a multi-disciplinary team. Preferred experience includes working with low-income populations, and required skills include computer proficiency, typing, and ability to use practice management software.
