This role involves providing comprehensive case management services for an adolescent residential treatment program, including facilitating weekly treatment team meetings and engaging in group and family work. The Case Manager will also support the development and implementation of treatment goals, offer transitional in-home and community support, and handle crisis intervention.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field. While experience working with children and/or families is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

Sidney Riverbend, an adolescent residential treatment program in Sidney, Maine, serving youth ages 10–20 who need a structured, secure environment, is hiring a Clinical Case Manager.
This person will provide case management services for the program including facilitating weekly treatment team meetings, group and family work, support in developing and implementing treatment goals, transitional in-home and community support and crisis intervention.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field. Experience working with children and or families preferred but not required.
