The Therapist provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services to a diverse caseload of adults, adolescents, and families, potentially including those with severe mental illness and substance use disorders. Essential functions include maintaining therapeutic relationships, responding to emergencies, coordinating community resources, and accurately documenting all client interactions.
Candidates must possess required licensure such as LSW, LCDCII/III, LPC, or MFT, along with a relevant Master's degree, or a Bachelor's degree with specific experience. Qualifications also require strong organizational skills, effective computer literacy, a valid Ohio Driver's License, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
The Therapist works under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor/Manager and is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services for a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, and families. Services may be provided via telehealth, outpatient offices, and/or community-based settings.
