The specialist will provide mental health rehabilitation and support services to residents to ensure stability and successful community transition. This includes conducting group and individual skill-building sessions, supporting educational/vocational needs, and coordinating services with various external institutions.
Candidates must demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect while working with troubled teens, and must pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test. A valid State Driver's License is required, along with specific combinations of education and related experience (e.g., Associate’s degree with six years of experience).

Rate starting at $25.00 per hour
You will be eligible for Medical insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. You will be eligible for the rest of the Rite of Passage Benefits Package immediately after 90 days of full-time employment, 403b match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more! You will be responsible for providing mental health rehabilitation and support services to our residents to ensure stability and successful transition back to the community. You will conduct treatment/skill building groups, individual rehab (skill building) services, support with educational/vocational and supplemental mental health linkage and referrals. You will participate in developing and supervising each resident’s individual treatment plan, including day-to-day monitoring, and coordinate services with social workers, probation officers, medical/mental health providers, and other institutions.
