$15 - $18 / HOUR
include assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, turning, and ambulating them, alongside taking vital signs and examining clients for injuries or wounds. Aides must also collect treatment information, provide and empty bedpans, lift clients, clean client areas, and stay updated on CNA training and procedures.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and either a completion of a Florida State approved HHA Course or a current CNA License, along with current CPR Certification including an in-person check-off. Essential soft skills include the ability to work independently, good communication, a compassionate personality, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
