As a Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to residents to help them reach their highest potential in daily living activities by assessing their needs and developing personalized therapy programs. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve the quality of life for residents based on your specific therapy discipline.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in psychology-related or social work-related majors, along with state licensure and 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting. Essential requirements include strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration, plus an associate number in AMFT, APCC, or ACSW.

As a Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to our residents to help them reach their highest potential in their daily living activities. You will assess each resident's physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, develop and implement personalized therapy programs, and work alongside the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best care. Your role will be integral in improving the quality of life for residents through physical, occupational, speech, or recreational therapy based on your specialty.
