Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Psychology or Social Work. Additionally, 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting and knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis are required.

As a Behavioral Specialist, you will serve on a clinical interdisciplinary team to represent and advocate for each participant's behavioral health needs. You will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of participants, ensuring proper documentation, and delivering effective behavioral health interventions. You will conduct thorough behavioral health assessments, develop care plans, and provide counseling, symptom management, crisis intervention, and arrange necessary services. Additionally, you will train staff on behavioral health symptoms and interventions to improve patient outcomes.
