The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, adhering to therapy principles and facility policies. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, supervising assistants, and contributing to case management.
The role requires providing quality patient care through evaluation and the development of initial and ongoing treatment and discharge plans. The therapist must also supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and maintain positive interactions with patients and staff while adhering to state regulations.
