The role involves assessing and monitoring clients' ongoing psychiatric, medical, and social needs, overseeing medication management, and collaborating with providers to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans. This position functions as an integrated member of an Assertive Community Treatment Team assisting individuals with chronic mental illness.
Candidates must be a licensed RN in Nebraska (or hold a compact license) and a graduate of an accredited nursing school. A minimum of two years of experience, preferably in mental health or substance abuse settings, along with a valid driver's license, is required.

Assesses and monitors the client’s on-going psychiatric, medical and social needs. Oversee medication monitoring and administration under team psychiatrist/nurse practitioner. Collaborates with internal and external providers to coordinate psychiatric treatment with medical treatment. Manages pharmaceutical and medical supplies.
This position functions as a fully integrated Team Member of the Assertive Community Treatment Team that assists individuals with a chronic mental illness to minimize symptoms and the resulting impairment in daily functioning. This ACT Team will be serving the Omaha Metro area.
