$22 - $27 / HOUR
The coordinator will maintain an assigned caseload, providing direct client care including assessments, counseling, discharge planning, and facilitating daily groups. Responsibilities also include linking clients with necessary aftercare services prior to discharge and strengthening community partnerships to support sustained sobriety and housing.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, with an Associate's degree preferred, alongside a minimum of one year of supervised experience in substance abuse treatment or a related field. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, flexibility, basic computer skills, and an understanding of substance use and mental health relationships.
