The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, planning discharge, and making revisions to the established plan of care, all under physician supervision. This role involves making a positive impact on residents within a senior living community setting.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program, along with all necessary state and national board certifications and an active state license. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are also required.
