The Licensed Practical Nurse will supervise CNAs, ensure adherence to physician orders, and implement resident care plans, including performing medication passes and monitoring resident conditions. Responsibilities also include assisting with resident evaluations, planning care, performing skin evaluations, monitoring vital signs, and aiding residents with Activities of Daily Living.
Candidates must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Florida and be CPR Certified. While one year of long-term care experience is desirable, experience in Med/Surg, Home Health, or working with the handicapped or older adults is preferred.

One year of long term care desirable. Med/Surg, Home Health experience helpful. Also experience working with the handicapped, developmentally disabled, or older adults preferred.
