Provide mental health and substance use treatment support directly within the client's community. Perform case management by connecting clients with resources and helping them strengthen daily living skills.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Education requirements vary from a high school diploma with 5 years of experience to a Master's degree in a related field.
