Phlebotomist (Partial-PT) | Laboratory | Marshalltown | 2026-023

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Phlebotomist for its Marshalltown office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities

include: Collects blood samples by venipuncture, heel or finger stick. Obtains urine and other specimens from patients. Prepares specimens for in-house testing or for send-out to reference labs. Performs receptionist and other clerical duties as needed.

• Education
• High School Diploma, GED or HiSET

• Certification/License
• NHA or ASCP certification in phlebotomy preferred

Days

Monday - Friday.

Hours

• 7:15
• AM - 5:00 PM - variable

• Experience
• 1 year phlebotomy experience in a fast paced clinical outpatient laboratory environment - preferred
